Please join us for drinks Friday night starting at 8 PM upstairs at the 10 Downing Room at Churchill’s Pub. The venue is indoor/outdoor and the dress code is anything from dressy casual to semi-formal. Metered street parking is nearby, but Churchill’s is walkable from the hotels and Uber/Lyft is always an option.

Yes! Trolleys for all guests will pick up and drop off outside of The Alida Hotel on Williamson Street. Boarding will begin at 4:15 PM, trolleys will depart at 4:30 PM, and trolleys will return around 10:30 PM. | There’s room for everyone on the trolleys, but if you prefer to drive, the venue offers free overnight parking and is 15 minutes from Downtown Savannah by car. Please keep in mind the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM and 5:00 PM arrival would be ideal.

Cocktail but make it "summer cocktail". Suit & tie for men, and women, think dresses of any length in summer fabrics/colors/patterns.

Both! Only the ceremony will take place in the uncovered outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will take place in open-air pavilions (all with A/C).

Welcome to South Georgia in June — expect it to be warm and humid. That said, this isn’t the peak of summer and most of the venue’s outdoor areas are covered and air conditioned so it’s really not that bad, we promise!

Most hotels are valet-only with a fee (most convenient option). Alternatively, the Whitaker Street Parking Garage (7 Whitaker St) is closest option to the hotels and about half the cost. Keep in mind you may not need your car all weekend as wedding day transportation is provided, Savannah is extremely walkable, and Uber/Lyft is widely available. If you are flying into Savannah, a rental car is not recommended.
